CAMTEL, established in 1998, is Cameroon’s state-owned national operator and leading provider of carrier, fixed, mobile broadband, and digital solutions. With over 25 years of expertise, CAMTEL delivers competitive services supported by a team of seasoned professionals.
CAMTEL operates a robust fiber backbone across Cameroon and the CEMAC region, interconnected with Nigeria, Chad, CAR, DRC, Congo, Gabon, and Equatorial Guinea. It is linked globally through four submarine cables (SAIL, WACS, SAT3, NCSCS), three landing stations with gateways, a Tier III Data Centre in Yaoundé–Zamengoe, and three satellite ground stations.
